Despite some traveling and recreation, I actually dropped two more pounds today which surprised me. This takes me to my lowest weight yet since start the SBD in January. I've tried to go on Phase 1 again, but something keeps getting in the way. Too many social events and eating out. It's getting hot here in Phoenix, so I need to force myself to start drinking more water. I'd like to get below 180 by April 1st.
