Started watching it this week. Yogurt or fruit when craving a sweet. Exercising self-control, a fruit of the Spirit. Just did 2 minutes on the elliptical and was winded! Did a couple sets of squats on Total Gym. Felt good. Will build up.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
