well this morning I was down to 146.2 but last night at my meeting I was down 145.2 but at home I was 147.6 so I am very unsure as to how much I lost but as long as my home scale goes down and I am feeling great I think I am ok. However I am not expecting to lose next week because REALLY I think it was there scale that was wrong..........LOL I just want my scale to go down and for me to feel good and happy.

I changed my goal weight: After being at the meeting last night it was brought up that 120 is the lowest in my weight class and 150 is the highest and I was shooting for 125 but really that is a low number so I changed it to 130 and I figure that I will see how I feel at 130 because if I feel good and I am eating good I might decide to stay there but I might also might still go for the 125 mark I am unsure. 135 is the below 15% mark so I am excited to get there sometime. I see that it sight.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The meeting weights are hard because you are dressed and it usually late in the day so it always reflects what you have had to eat and drink all day. You are doing great!

I messed up and really bad on lunch I had taco dippers and the points are so high that I am only going to have a tiny and I mean tiny dinner tonight and start over tomarrow morning. I have been exercising so I hope that helps. UGH I fell hard.

I would just pick one scale and count that as your weight. I'm always scared to see my weight when I'm on the doctor's scale since it's typically higher than the weight I see at home. I figure that the doctor's scale is more accurate. What's important is that as long as I see the weights on both going downward, then I'm on track.
