Wow, can't believe I actually lost 1.1kg over my Christmas/New Year "break." To be honest, I was rather apprehensive about getting on the scales again after all that alcohol and those after dinner chocolates! I did however, make a concerted effort to stay active and I attribute my modest loss over that two-week period to my evening walks, beach swims and general busyness. Excited to see even more impressive results as I get back on the health wagon!
