2019 kcal Fat: 70.51g | Prot: 99.09g | Carb: 256.02g.   Breakfast: 100% Juice Pineapple Orange Banana, Honey Nut Cheerios, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Italian Bread, Ranch Salad Dressing (Fat Free), Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, iced tea. Dinner: Lemonade Drink Mix, Chicken Breast Tenderloins, fresh green beans, Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce, Cheese Tortellini. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Margarine). more...
