So I haven't been faithful to atkins and for that I have gained all my weight back and then some =( I'm back on track today and I am hoping to starting being healthier and happier from now on!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1341 kcal Fat: 83.91g | Prot: 87.05g | Carb: 57.24g.   Breakfast: grilled and ready southwestern chicken strips tyson, romaine lettuce, spinach, ranch dressing kens. Lunch: cream cheese, shaved deli ham, dill pickle spears, real mayo, tomatoes, smell bell peppers, shaved deli ham. Dinner: coconut oil, mayo, cabbage, bacon, salmon. Snacks/Other: gummy bears, string cheese. more...
