Xmas season - we did not do our fasting days and ate lots of rich, sweet foods, hence the weight increase. I am re-establishing the fasting days this week, so hopefully I should start the slow weight loss once again!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
