Super disappointed that I fell off the wagon but I’m getting back on and taking back control of what I eat. I totally stopped counting the calories and my portions got OUT OF CONTROL. As to why this happened 🤷🏼‍♀️ idk I’ve been dating someone and we go out to eat pretty often so I just stopped counting 🙄
213.4 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate around 10:30 I’m starting to feel hungry. Too late for lunch to early for dinner. Time to drink lots of water, that should make me feel full enough till dinner. The first couple days back on a calorie deficit are always the toughest 🙄pray for me while I furiously chew gum
