I have to admit that I overindulged yesterday, but I don't want to be toooooo hard on myself. I have committed to a 9 day isagenix cleanse "biggest loser" type contest, which is starting today, and I am confident that I will win! I took measurements this morning (sad moment), and am hitting the gym hard tonight. 30 cardio, 10 min. abs, and 30 min. weights. I will also take a detox bath tonight, since I have to weigh in for the company "biggest loser" contest tomorrow. YIKES! Pressure all around.
I have a lot of things I am trying to lose weight for, wedding...honeymoon..., but mostly I want to lose it for me. I'm so unhappy about my looks, and I just want to like myself on the outside as well as the inside.
