I saw the dietitian today and she was excited with my weight gain. Her advice is to now cut the mct oil back and to add in more exercise. I admit, I am a slacker on exercise but I need to do it to tone up. She said I am at a point where my goal is to maintain with a small increase in weight over time. Onward and upwards. That's my goal for the next 2 weeks. Any advice on fighting the workout blues, is appreciated.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 177.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can find something you like, that helps tremendously. Dance is fun, is anyone offering dance classes near you? I swim laps, because I like to swim (though I'm grounded right now with a torn rotator cuff). Walking is good, especially if you have somewhere pretty to walk. I used to walk in the Galleria, because it is so hot here. Your news is thrilling! Congratulations on making such great progress! 🌟🌟🌟🏆🏆🏆🌟🌟🌟

I mostly also do things I enjoy, walking, running, hiking and swimming. And then some resistance training because it is very helpful.
