2328 kcal Fat: 130.39g | Prot: 85.10g | Carb: 209.25g.   Breakfast: Tomatoes, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits (Commercial), Blackberries, Milk (Nonfat), Churn Style Butter, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch:  ham thin sliced, Red Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread, Fat Free Mayonnaise. Dinner: cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, butter, dinner roll, baked potato, ribeye. Snacks/Other: ice cream, chocolate chip cookie. more...
