Just started for real about a week ago. And I am feeling like I am finally getting this. Been watching on youtube downshiftology. And also just started this morning listing on iTunes podcast to Jessica Tye. Very helpful info on her videos and podcast for me anyway. On to starting my new beginning of a new me. Forever Faithful. Can't wait till August 1st to post a new me picture. I will get better at the pic thing next time, didn't mean to chop half my head off. LOL!
286.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
