Yay -- lost weight over the weekend! That's very hard for me to do.

No workout this morning because I was too tired. But I don't feel bad because I think I worked out the previous 6 days. I think it's no big deal to skip a workout occasionally.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
