I'm doing alright these days. I think my body is just in flux from day to day. Hard to tell how much weight I've really lost, but thats ok. I'll just keep on truckin'.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
