I will take it. 1.3lbs!! I know it could've been so much more but given the circumstances, i think it's a good number. I have my journal back and my motivation is still strong so let's see what a full week of solid tracking and increased exercise can bring. Saturday my be tricky - it's the Sya and the twins summer bday celebration - i'm thinking cupcakes instead of cake as those are easier to monitor and maybe a deli tray... not sure yet.
306.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.3 lb a week
