I thought that I could be in control of what I was eating even if I didn't record it each day. Not so....I also hadn't exercised in over two weeks. Need to figure out how to exercise and get back to school routine so I do not get fat again.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
