First post. Been on a journey for the past year and a half. Started at 265. Now at 206. Began with health issues with sugar and insulin resistance and made me realize I have to be better. Don’t wait till something happens to start!! My doctor and I have a plan and we work with it. Strive to lose, if needed, at a slower rate to keep it off and be healthy while doing it!! 1-2 lbs a month. Eating healthier. Feel great. Sugar issues are so much better. Loving life at 51!!!
