I have been very bad this last week or so. My diet has been the last thing on my mind.

I am quitting smokeless tobacco, dipping. In the last week, I have found myself substituting food for that habit.

This week will be different thou, I am re-dedicating myself.
237.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
