WOW!!!! I am sure that most of the start weight loss is water, but the number looks great! I am sure that it also helped that my start weight was during my PMS bloated week. Anyway, aside from doing an exercise video at home for one day the past week I didn't even exercise, but I am off to join the gym right now - wish me luck!
155.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 9.9 lb a week

Awesome job! Even though you won't see results like that every week, those pounds won't come back which is the best reward of all. Good luck with the gym. Hope you find a supportive environment to get fit in!
