I had a feeling this would happen. All those carbs mixed with high protein and fats from a DD60 diet plus insulin! Nope just doesn't work out so well. Gained 6 lbs. I am going back to my WFPB diet. Told the diabetic management nurse this morning and she seemed okay with it, especially since just being back on the WFPB diet for the last two days has resulted in some really good BG numbers.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
