Water park yesterday, orange floatie, sub sandwich 🥪, and lots of trail mix. Enough said... didn’t bother to count calories cause I have no idea how many I ate but I did eat a lot of fruit and veggies yesterday. Will try to have better control this weekend.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Back in the day .. I learned swimming is a challenge for weight loss because despite the great workout it's easy to feel cold and want to eat once out of the water. It helped me finally connect the food when I'd get back from the pool. I think it's a great exercise with that awareness.

It is great excercise, I definitely got a lot of walking in also. It was my twin daughters birthday so we splurged and got dipping dots and I ate more calories than usual. Definitely shows in my weight today..
