Been about a year since I've been on this site and poor habits returned. I'm working out on a regular basis now, and now part 2 is staying honest by writing down what I am eating so I can spot where I'm not doing so well.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week
