Day 6 and I've lost 5lbs. Going out to play some tennis. :)
204.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1719 kcal Fat: 61.27g | Prot: 89.35g | Carb: 228.39g.   Breakfast: banana, Cereal, milk. Lunch: iced tea, dill pickle, pickles, onion, tomato, romain, mustard, mayo, turkey, 21 grain bread. Dinner: italian dressing ken's, chicken, salad. Snacks/Other: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, red plum, dried fruit, almond. more...
