I think I ate too little on Sunday, my body went back into "fat storing" mode.. I gained! Blah!

I'll be low 180's by August.. Fine by me!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
