I was 172-174 lbs this past winter.. so if I go by my highest weight I’ve lost 15 lbs. since winter. I hope I can keep it off now and still lose some because I feel better and healthier.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
