Fasting Day #4
I had a glass of water yesterday so I officially broke my Dry Fast, but I'm not drinking if not thirsty and I'm in full ketosis now. So far my strengths are great, I worked no stop in the past 2 days at my 2 jobs and with very little sleep, thanks to the fast I don't need that much for now.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week

excuse me? yeah fasting is definitely not the way to go. it can lead to reverse weight can and.... it’s fasting wtf??? don’t do that to yourself. as a recovering anorexic this is bad news
