not my goal weight for the end of the month but close enough. must admit i've had a couple of cheat days.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

veg pots are little stews, made by innocent, i take for my lunch. they are quite filling and only 300 calories! add a salad and you feel well satisfied. http://www.innocentdrinks.co.uk/things_we_make/vegpots/ my favorites are the indian daal curry and the roasted aubergine moussaka. they are yummy.
