Good Morning! Today is 1/3/13 and my weight is down 266.2. I am really not that excited because it is only water weight and I have been down this slope before (again and again and again). I generally loose about 15lbs initially right away, and it isn't until after that, that I begin to notice that I am really loosing real fat.
I guess what is different about loosing weight this year is that yes, I do want to look better, but I really want to be a healthy person, and I just do not feel healthy with all my bad eating habits. this is all going to change because I want to finally do this loss for me.
Today I am off so I plan to get my house in shape after all the holiday festivities (doing all the domestic Goddess things I can...)and then I want to take a long bath tonight.
I also want to make a low carb lasagna with eggplants as the "noodles". So we'll see how that goes.
