Fasting today till dinner time.. chicken boillion to tide me over for now. I had black coffee this morning but my stomachs starting to growl.. not hungry but more nauseated than anything. My weekend of eating junk food has caught up with me. Usually when I make poor choices with my diet I feel sick the next day. More reason to eat cleaner and healthier. I’m thinking of having sushi for dinner, kids have gymnastics so it’s an eat out kinda night.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's always interesting when I can recognize that 'blah' feeling is related to the food. Otherwise, I'd think it was some illness, depression, etc.
