What a great way to start the week. Honestly, after this weekend I would have settled for even or even a slight (0.5lb) gain. Not because I didn’t stick to the FS program but instead because it was the weekend and I ate what I wanted. I still managed to stay under 100% RDI but my diet included Carabbas, pizza and a trip to the Loop. Planning ahead early is what allowed me to eat what I wanted and still hit the mark. Being consistent with my 45+ min exercise also was key. The miracle is that I feel full most days on ~2100 kcals and I look forward to breaking a sweat every single day.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
