I went to a party for a neighbor graduating from college. Since I am on maintenance and knew her mother made homemade flan, I decided ahead of time to have dessert and 1 light beer. I was really hungry by the time I ate dinner, so among my "smart foods" for the day I also had 2 of those little 4" tortillas, a couple bites of potato salad, and a couple of pasta salad, plus dessert and the 1 light beer. It was more than I planned but think it wasn't that bad since my weight is so low, if I gain a couple of pounds, it's no problem. It was a surprise that it was only up .4 lb. We'll see tomorrow. Today being Fathe's Day, we went out to lunch after church (as usual). In addition to my soup and salad, I did have a small serving of soft-serve with chocolate sauce. So again I had a small splurge, but only had a salad with chicken for dinner. Fasted 16 hours.
105.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
