still stuck. I'm starting to get REALLY FRUSTRATED. I have stayed super active this week, watched my calories really closely... and nothing. well, i've lost .4 in 2 weeks.

Last week i had an excuse, i was on the rag. what is my excuse this week? I have had at least 2 liters of water (usually 3 or more) every day, i've been excercising... i just dont understand.

I even took my waist measurment, thinking maybe that changed but no, not even in the slightest. My body for some reason does NOT want to be in the 130's. I dont get it!!!
140.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 July 2010:

I have the same problem. My body likes to plateau at 140. In the past, I've given up at that point because I'm not seeing any results. But last time, I pushed through it and did end up getting back down to 130. Of course, I've gained it back since then so I'm starting all over. Don't give up! And when you get there, don't get complacent! You can do it. For some reason, your body is comfortable at 140, but you just need to show it who's boss! Good Luck :-)

I'm going to power through one more week, try my hardest, give it my all and hope and pray that i see better results next week. I took a weekend break from dieting back in June (for one weekend), like full on, ate whatever the heck i wanted, fast food, icecream, frappucinos... and lost almost a pound that weekend. Maybe thats what i need now? I'm going camping in 2 weeks, so maybe i'll use that as my 'freebie weekend', see if it gives me a jump start.

Umm.. I think you need to eat a little more your average for the month is a little under 1200. That is the minimum you are supposed to eat. I don't know but that might be why.
