Enjoyed a couple of weeks of NOT counting every calorie over the holidays...up 14 pounds from the revelry, but today is back to Phase 1 on Pure Slim 1000....I think I'm gonna rock! Goal is to be back to my low of 191 by January 18 when I visit Sait for a beach weekend in Melbourne. Good luck to me!
