Couple ounces at a time... I’ll take it. Not bad for having little over 1500 calories yesterday. I worked 10 hours though and did a lot of walking so I think I earned it. I’ll try and just do 1200 today so I can actually lose a few more lbs. faster I hope.
158.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
