Still getting results, even though I am incorporating high carb cereal into my diet. Nice.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart is looking great! BTW, I have been eating either oatmeal or high fiber cereal every morning since starting phase II with successful weight loss. Best wishes!

your chart is awesome...the hubby eats oatmeal every am and i have purley o's...similar to cheerios...all in moderation
