Today I start a new year. I want to be able to feel good agin. I'm tired of being tired, eating for no reason at all, and not being able todo the things that I love to do. I don't like the fact before I do anything I stop and think am I to fat to do this? I took a kick boxing class with my girlscout troop and when I look in the mirriors I was embaressed to move and could not stop thinking about what is jiggling. I want to look and feel better for me.
