still having trouble with morning blood sugar 164 this morning. Need to walk 20 minutes after supper. That will take it down. Otherwise doing good. Staying on diet.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
