Not sure what exactly happened past a lot of low back pain and belly pain yesterday evening. But, I woke up and hit the scale... Down 2.9 pounds. The nutritionist is not going to like that. Oh well, new day new start again.
125.3 lb Lost so far: 193.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
