You know what’s disappointing when your on a diet??!!! Seeing cupcakes, turnovers, and other yummy delicious pastries at work and you are trying your hardest to resist having one knowing you’ll regret it if you do.... my sweet tooth should be satisfied, I had a small bowl of ice cream yesterday to reward myself for doing good so far. But one sweet usually leads to another and I’m trying to remind myself that my body needs healthier more nutritious food now. Right??! Still though, why do the pastries have to look soooo good?!!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea. And it is national donut day and around here if you stop and buy a coffee, you get a free donut. And Dublin donuts is on my route todsy

Better make your coffee from home today.. lol I find it easier to avoid all fast food places and rarely stop. Since my daughter was diagnosed celiac it’s easy to do that. I just don’t even think of stopping anymore cause most of the time a lot of fast food places dont have gluten free. Those that do usually have healthier options so I opt for the same now.

Sugar is like a drug.. easy to get addicted. Natural sugars is what I’m aiming for, fruit and good carbs.
