Disregard of reality, eating lots of raw hazelnuts and dark chocolate, gained six pounds in five months. Back to what I know works. Printing out daily meals so I have guide to what to shop for and what to eat. Some meal plans will be more successful than others and that will also be helpful. taking blood sugar frequently.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
