OK I'm weighing in on my scale after returning from Thailand. I knew extreme fasting and raw vegan dieting could not reflect real weight because elecyrrolytes will be out of balance. But so far maintaining a four kilo decrease and healthy blood pressure without medication. I really need to keep using this app to control my binge drinking and binge eating regression. I find this app is very helpful. it says to me ... you have had enough.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
