Barely a change at all this week. I can't say I'm completely surprised, between the crap food I was stuck with several times this week and the massive periodical bloat weighing me down. I guess I should just be happy it wasn't a gain.
Now for the big test: vacation.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
