I've actually been dieting since March and only began tracking here after losing a bunch. Anyway, I've lost 38 lbs all told since March. I'm super happy, seeing great results. But it seems hard. I guess I believe I have another 40 to lose, and that isn't even to get to the goal I set, which would make it 70 to go. I can't believe that is possible. I mean, how in heaven's name could so much extra weight be toted around?
200.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
