Even though I am doing the Jenny Craig plan, I decided to join WW (Weight Watchers) on May 30th. My husband, daughter, and I got moved into our new house this past Tuesday. I am still not eating any regular meals or meal plans. I figure I could get additional support on my weight loss journey. I will get back to the Jenny Craig food either this week or next.

Does anyone know how the JC food is on points for WW?
126.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
