Ended up using the weekend to treat myself (with food) afterall.

For those who've been asking, the result in almost a zero loss on weekends. As long as I continue to lose through the week, that's fine!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
