as you can all see i'm back to square one with my weight, i could make a million excuses but bascily i just havent followed the diet at al for the last few weeks and now i'm back at my pre smashing weight. i dont feel motivated at the moment to start phase 1 again, but i dont like how i'm feeling with my weight and shape. i havent exercised either so thats not hepling. i will need to set my goals again and get motivated. hope you are all doing well x
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

You can do it - don't give up; remember how you felt when you lost the weight the first time - just pick a day and tell yourself this is "Day 1" and I can and will do it! We're here if you need us.

Hey, don't feel bad.....I just started all over again myself 3 days ago!! I SOOOOO didn't want to start again, but it's not as hard as it was the first time. You can do it girl, and we're all here cheering you on!!

You can defiantly do this.....my secret is this, I have my mind set on a goal and this time I am not giving up until I get there! That is all..well and then there is the feeling and looking great that helps me too. I am not giving up and you shouldn't either. You did it once and you can do it again, you just have to push yourself. I am not eating but the 5x's a day and I really watch the portions...no necessarily what I am eating, but how much. I still eat most of the same stuff form Phase 1, but I have added my meat and I also treat myself once and awhile. Can't live with out it forever, so might as well try at least a small amount. You can do it though, don't give up...start as soon as you can and remember that you are doing this for you and remember how you feel when you do well, that should be motivation enough! We are all here for you.....

just remember that feeling when you know your doing your body good, by eating right and exercising, and how proud you were of yourself for doing such a good job. thats what keeps me motivated!!
