It’s very hard to say no to a good snack. I had a few bites of no sugar cherry pie last night. I think I could have eaten more and still not been more satisfied. All in all I stayed under 1400 calories.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
