PM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep (about 2 of those were listening to my neighbors dog bark). 14.5 hrs fasted. Gym early this AM.

Doing kind of OMAD today before work. All you can eat dinner at local German society has baby back ribs and Barbecue chicken along with other German fare. I'm going straight meat 🍖 and a giant salad 🥗. Fall off the bone delicious on the ribs, as we have had them a few weeks ago.

Had to re-weigh 😉 was 276.4
275.6 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
