If you take away my exercise you take away a large part of my self-discipline. We also had our anniversary celebration this past week, when we ate out and drank wine. I've still walked my dog everyday and will be able to exercise again starting next Wednesday. I will get back on track, so close to goal!
124.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
