It's been a good week, even with my day of eating mostly ice cream. When the challenge is over, I'll get to try on not only my swim suits, but the pair of suede pants that I haven't been able to comfortably wear for a decade. I think it will fit. The next task will be keeping the weight off so that I can actually wear it when the winter comes and it's cold enough!
124.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
